What they were looking for

Grow Financial wanted to improve the user experience while increasing application submissions. In the interest of streamlining the checking, savings and loan application process, an end-to-end Web solution was needed so customers could apply for these accounts in a single process.

How we helped

Grow Financial savings/checking account and loan applications were scattered across multiple sites. The creation of a Web application with a secure cloud-based backend that consumes and submits data to multiple third parties with real-time account provisioning services provided Grow Financial applicants with one platform to apply for multiple services.

The Process

Orange Bees collaborated with Grow Financial Federal Credit Union’s Marketing department and with their internal Information Technology teams to collect business requirements and to ensure our solution met security requirements. Once the deliverables were established, we worked in an Agile fashion iterating in Sprints to complete the development and continued to connect with Grow Financial to provide milestone updates.
